Southeast Meditation Group
We want to help strengthen your individual meditation practice in a small group by focusing on simple breath and mantra meditations, HeartMath and Coherent Breathing with goals of quieting the monkey mind and becoming more mindful in our life. Although personal meditation is typically done in silence, We do use Stephen Halpern music to help set the mood. We also do shakti/ energywork during the session in an informal setting. Please RSVP ahead of time and we will send you a conference call link. Also please let us know your experience with meditation and energywork. Thanks!
