Friday Night Meditation
May 6 @ 7:00 pm - 7:45 pm PDT
We are now meeting virtually, by conference call. We want to help strengthen your individual meditation practice in a small group by focusing on simple breath and mantra meditations, HeartMath and Coherent Breathing with goals of quieting the monkey mind and becoming more mindful in our life. We also do shakti-work (energywork) during the session in an informal setting.
After you register please RSVP ahead of time and we will send you a conference call link. We typically end @ 7:30pm but sometimes go later. Thanks!
