We are now meeting virtually, by conference call.
Come join us each Friday Night from 7:00 to 7:45 pm as we help to strengthen your individual meditation practice in a small group by focusing on:
- Simple Breath and Mantra Meditations
- Coherent Breathing
- Shakti-work (energy work)
The goal is to quiet the monkey mind and become more mindful in our life. We also do shakti-work (energywork) during the session in an informal setting.
After you register please RSVP ahead of time and we will send you a conference call link. We typically end @ 7:30pm but sometimes go later. Thanks!
